Aloe Marlothii

Aloe Marlothii or Mountain Aloe is Native to South Africa and is one of the Single  Stem Tree Aloes reaching 10' Tall in Habitat and 4' Wide.  The Succulent Leaves are a Pale Green and armed with Red spines along the surface.  Young Aloe Marlothii leaves have more spines and will change as it Matures to a smoother surface.  The Bloom-Spike is full of Red, Orange and Yellow flowers Branching along a 4' Flower-Stalk.

Aloe Marlothii 'Mountain Aloe' is Cold Hardy down to a Low of 20F.

Use a gritty soil amendment with your organic cactus mix.
