Agave Victoriae Reginae
Agave Victoriae Reginae
The Agave Victoriae Reginae is a hardy succulent native to the Chihuahua Desert and Northern Mexico. This is a beautiful Agave with white margins making a nice contrast with the green leaves that form a small rosette about 1' tall and 2' wide in diameter. It also clumps readily and provides plenty of pups for you to share with other gardeners. This Agave is cold hardy to 10F. This is considered a century plant, blooming once in it's life-time. The bloom will be 6' tall shooting directly up into the sky displaying a tree-shape explosion of flowers!! This will happen when the plant is mature, taking around 15 years. Enjoy!
Use a gritty soil amendment with your organic cactus mix.
