Agave Parryi var. Truncata

The Agave Parryi var. Truncata is a succulent native to Nothern Mexico.  This is a large Agave growing to an extremely beautiful rosette of lush bluish-green leaves.  Each square shaped leaf bares fierce red terminal and marginal spines.  Individual rosettes can reach an impressive size of  2'-3' tall and a a diameter of 3'-4'.  This species of Agave is cold hardy down to a low of -5F.

Use a gritty soil amendment with your organic cactus mix.
