Agave Colorata A

The Agave Colorata is a Succulent Native to Sonora, Mexico.  This is a Medium Size Agave that can reach heights of 1' and approximately 2' wide.  This Plant With Offshoots, Produces a Nice Cluster Of Rosettes.  The Terminal Spines are Jagged with Ferocious Marginal Teeth along Blueish Succulent Leaves.  The Bloom Spike is 10' high above the ground revealing a Fireworks Display of Orange and Yellow Flowers.

The Agave Colorata "Mescal Ceniza" is Cold Hardy Down To A Low Of 15F.

Use a gritty soil amendment with your organic cactus mix.
